Terms of Service

These terms are issued by AIHealth Labs for AIHealth Chat at https://aihealthchat.qzz.io (web and WhatsApp).

Medical disclaimer: AIHealth Chat provides AI-assisted health information, wellness tracking, and visit summaries for educational and triage purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, a doctor’s medical report, clinical diagnosis, prescription, or emergency care. Always seek a qualified healthcare provider.

1. Acceptance

By using AIHealth Chat you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not an emergency service

Do not use this app for life-threatening emergencies (including severe chest pain, sudden difficulty breathing, or severe bleeding). Call local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.

3. The service

We provide multilingual chat (Groq primary, OpenRouter fallback; Mistral for photos), an optional health tracker, and SOAP visit summaries generated from chats you select. Summaries are patient-generated AI notes, not official medical records. Share links use a secret in the URL fragment (/report#token) and can be revoked. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Tracker and photos

Automatic extraction of vitals from chat or WhatsApp runs only if you opt in. Manual tracker entries are always available. Photos you attach are stored privately; public share pages do not display the original images.

6. Accounts

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your chats, reports, tracker data, photos, and WhatsApp link.

7. Limitation of liability

AIHealth Labs and its developers are not liable for decisions made solely on information from the assistant. Verify clinical questions with a licensed practitioner.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where AIHealth Labs operates the service.
