AIHealth Labs is the company behind AIHealth Chat, a live public-beta product: a 24/7 multilingual AI health assistant, longitudinal vitals tracker, and physician-facing SOAP visit summaries. It is available as an installable web app and via Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
We focus on educational triage and wellness guidance for patients and caregivers in Africa and globally — not diagnosis, prescription, or emergency response.

What the product does
AI health engine
Groq is the primary model for web and WhatsApp. OpenRouter is the automatic fallback. Mistral handles medical photo triage (rash, wound, labels, labs). Gemini is not in the live chain.
Consult on WhatsApp, switch language with EN / SW / FR / ES / NL, and link a number to the web dashboard with a 6-digit code. Webhook requests are HMAC-verified.
Health tracker
Log BP, glucose, weight, temperature, symptoms, mood, medication, antenatal, and immunization. Chat auto-extract is opt-in (Settings → Health data). Manual logging always works. Undo on extracted rows.
SOAP visit summaries
Combine one to five chats into a Subjective / Objective / Assessment / Plan letter. Numeric vitals come from the tracker, not the model. Share as /report#token (token in the URL fragment). Download PDF via print. Photos stay in-app on share links.

Supabase Auth and Row Level Security; signed chat API; fail-closed rate limits; account deletion from Settings.
SOAP + tracker loop
Consent-gated extraction, Logged chip, tracker context in replies, clinical letter theme, multi-chat reports, print/PDF.
WhatsApp channel
Linked-number extract only when the user has opted in; daily retention purge for inactive unlinked numbers.
USSD & offline reach
Exploring SMS/USSD for non-smartphone clinics. Not shipped.
